Raw Headless Shell-On
Our raw, headless Black Tiger prawns let you channel your inner Master Chef - just without the really fiddly bit. So you get all the fun and all the flavour of cooking with raw prawns, but none of the hassle. Great for the grill and brilliant for the barbecue, these meaty, juicy morsels will soon come out of their shell once cooked.

Freezing and defrosting guidelines
Once defrosted, keep below 5°c and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once thawed.

For best results, always cook from defrosted.
To defrost this whole pack, place the unopened pack in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours or at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours. When ready to use, snip off one corner of the pack and drain off any excess liquid.
To defrost individual portions, place prawns on a plate and cover. Leave in the fridge to defrost fully.
Pan fry: Remove all packaging. Put a drizzle of oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns on a medium heat for 4 minutes, turning occasionally until the prawns turn reddish-orange in colour.
Grill: Remove all packaging. Place under a pre-heated grill, at high temperature, for 4 to 5 minutes, turning frequently until the prawns turn reddish-orange in colour.
Check product is piping hot before serving.
Remove all shell before consuming.
Do not reheat once cooked.
