Pre-peeled, with the head and shell removed, these delicious, plump Black Tiger prawns are ready for throwing into cracking curries and super stir-fries. If you’ve never cooked with raw prawns before, this is the perfect place to start - all the hard work has been done for you!

Freezing and defrosting guidelines
Once defrosted, keep below 5°c and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze once thawed.

For best results, always cook from defrosted.
To defrost this whole pack, place the unopened pack in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours or at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours. When ready to use, snip off one corner of the pack and drain off any excess liquid.
To defrost individual portions, place prawns on a plate and cover. Leave in the fridge to defrost fully.
Pan fry: Remove all packaging. Put a drizzle of oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns on a medium heat for 4 minutes, turning occasionally until the prawns turn reddish-orange in colour.
Grill: Remove all packaging. Place under a pre-heated grill, at high temperature, for 4 to 5 minutes, turning frequently until the prawns turn reddish-orange in colour.
Check product is piping hot before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
